1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 828 website at 828.bar, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 828 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is applied on our end.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking (bank transfer), GCash, and Maya. Deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency are not accepted for wagering purposes.

Deposits are credited to your 828 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. In most cases, deposits via GCash and Maya are credited quickly, while bank transfers may take longer during non-banking hours or on weekends and public holidays.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 828 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

5 Game Play Rules

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting 828 support. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method after standard withdrawal processing.

12 Limitation of Liability

828 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 828 is not liable for:
